Article Six: Additions and Amendments to the Bylaws

A proposed amendment to the Bylaws of the OGHA must be initiated by the Executive, approved by a majority of the Officers at a meeting of the Executive and confirmed by a majority of the members at a meeting duly called for the purpose of considering said Bylaw, within sixty (60) days of such meeting of the Executive, or at the next Annual General Meeting of the OGHA. Any proposed addition, deletion or amendment to the Bylaws must be submitted in writing to the Secretary at least fifteen (15) days prior to the meeting of the Executive at which such addition, deletion or amendment is to be considered.
