House League Coach Application (Orangeville Tigers Girls Hockey)

1. FUNdamentals, U7 and U9 all coaches must have coach level 1
2. U11 and higher Head Coaches must have coach level 2
3. Anyone 18 or over must have a Vulnerable Sector Screening (Police Check) letter on file completed in the past 2 years.
4. Every team official must be at least 16 years old, and at least 2 years older than the oldest player in the division.
5. Every team official must register on RAMP as team staff for the 2025/2026 season.
6. Every team official must complete Respect for Activity Leaders and Gender Identity and Expression.
