U13 BB Tigers win Gold in Ottawa

Last weekend our U13BB Tigers competed in the GCGH Kickin' Ice in the Capital tournament in Ottawa!

They started their weekend off as team by attending a Leafs vs. Senators game where the Leafs won, leaving the girls and parents pumped for more wins to come over the weekend!

The girls' motto last weekend "Go For The Win!"....and they did just that! They started Friday off with 2 wins against Belleville 1-0 and Russell 4-2. Saturday they continued to dominate winning both their games, 3-0 vs. Scarborough and 3-0 against a rough and scrappy Nepean, earning them a bye straight through to the finals!

Sunday they again faced the Nepean Wildcats in the gold medal game with a solid victory of 3-1 bringing home yet another GOLD medal for these girls! Our girls faced some of their toughest competitors yet this season and really upped their game! These Tigers still remain undefeated! Bring on 2024 and the rest of the season - Go For The Win!!!
