Congratulations to the U11 team that captured the gold medal in Orangeville's own Winter Classic Tournament, defeating the Central York Yellow Jackets 3-2 in OT in the exciting final game.
Impeccable goaltending and stingy defensive play allowed the team to go undefeated during the tournament.
The players would like to thank their fans for the support, including many other Tigers players who came to watch the gold medal game.
The team's coaches say they are “very proud of every player for their amazing effort and sportsmanship.”
