Our Orangeville Tigers Competitive teams participated in our first Sweetheart Tournament since 2020!!! Out of all the Tigers teams participating, 4 teams took home medals.
Congratulations to all of our Tigers on a great tournament.
U18 BB brought home the Gold Medal! They won all their round robin games and faced Laval-Montreal Rebelles in the final. They took home the Gold with a 5:3 win!
U11 BB Tigers brought home the Silver Medal! They tied Grand River in the round robin and beat Waterloo and Flamborough. In the final they faced Grand River Mustangs again, the game ended 2:0 for Grand River.
U15 B Tigers won their round robin games against Caledon and North York, but lost against Leaside. They faced Leaside again in the final with Leaside taking the Gold and our Tigers coming home with Silver.
Our U13BB Tigers brought home the Bronze Medal! They played Grand River in the rounds and won 4:0, they faced a very tough Sudbury team and lost 3:0. The team beat Mississauga in the quarterfinals but ended up losing to TImmins in the semifinals. They faced Grand River again in the Bronze Medal game and ended up winning 4:1!
