U13 B Tigers Latour win Ford Skills and Drills Grand Prize
Congratulations to the Orangeville Tigers U13B Latour Team for winning the Ford Skills and Drills Grand Prize in recognition of their outstanding community volunteer efforts this season!
The Tigers were one of only eight teams across Ontario to earn this prestigious honor, which included a trip to the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on March 16th.
The day featured an on-ice training session with Maple Leafs staff, an opening address by Darryl Sittler, a "Eat Like a Pro" meal with nutrition advice from the Leafs' Head Chef and Nutritionist, tour of the arena (including the Leafs and Raptors' dressing and media rooms), a complimentary Maple Leafs jersey, and much more.
It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and the Tigers represented themselves and their organization with great pride!
