2024/2025 Registration (Orangeville Tigers Girls Hockey)

Welcome to the Registration for the 2024/25 Season!

Registration for the Orangeville Girls Hockey Association (Orangeville Tigers) takes place in two steps.

Step 1 is a registration with the OWHA on their RAMP web site. This step must be completed before registering with the Orangeville Tigers. You will receive an email containing a confirmation code comprised of eight numbers and letters.
You must have that confirmation code to continue to Step 2.

Step 2 is to register with the Orangeville Tigers.

Parent and Player Code of Conduct

The Orangeville Girls Hockey Association (OGHA) is committed to provide an environment that is safe and respectful. The OGHA supports the right of all its members and staff to participate and work in an environment that prohibits discriminatory practices of all kinds and promotes equitable opportunities.

It is the policy of the OGHA that there be no harassment, abuse, bullying or misconduct of any participant in any of its programs.

The OGHA expects every athlete, coach, assistant coach, trainer, manager, official, parent, guardian, family member, director, officer, volunteer, employee and chaperone within the OGHA to take reasonable steps to safeguard the participants against harassment, abuse, bullying or misconduct.

The OGHA will make all reasonable efforts to promote awareness of the problems of harassment, abuse, bullying and misconduct among all its members.

I hereby grant permission to the Orangeville Girls Hockey Association to use the images of my registered player on their website and social media platforms, without further consideration.

I understand that no names will be used on the website or social media platforms, unless with specific permission (when either written or verbal permission) is granted to an Executive member.

I understand that once an image is posted on the Orangeville Girls Hockey Association website or social media platforms, the image can be downloaded by any viewer around the world.

I hereby attest that I am the legal parent/guardian of the registered player.

I understand that social media posts can be commented on by the public and that the Orangeville Girls Hockey Association social media platforms are visible to the public.

This consent is effective until such time as I revoke it in writing and provide a copy of the revocation to an Executive member of the Orangeville Girls Hockey Association.

REGISTRATION & REFUNDS

Note: A player is not fully registered and covered by insurance until all information is supplied (both the OGHA Registration and the RAMP Registration) and payment is made.
The amount of $115 ($55 for OWHA Insurance and $60 for OGHA Administration Costs) is non-refundable once a player is registered and participating (*some exceptions may apply).
