Refund Policy

There will be no refund of fees after November 15th, 2024, with the exception of illness or injury.
The amount of $115.00, included in the registration fee, is non-refundable once a player has registered (some exceptions may apply).
This includes a $55 non-refundable fee paid to OWHA for player insurance, and a $60.00 OGHA administration fee.
In the event that the hockey season is paused due to health regulations for Covid-19, a pro-rated refund may be granted to players. The amount of the refund would be pro-rated against the amount of ice time already used and insurance and administration fees.
