As we continue through the current lockdown situation...waiting for that moment we can get back on the ice... here's something to ponder.
"Being an 'athlete' is far more than having physical skills. Being an athlete and a great team mate involves choices of effort and attitude-in other words- character. These are the lessons that should be intentionally taught. A goal for the athletic experience is that athletes will gain something from the experience that will help shape them into an even better adult."
